You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

• Access to courses and materials may be limited to registered users or paid subscribers.
• We may introduce new features, modify existing features, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes any activity that interferes with the Service, compromises security, violates the rights of others, or is otherwise harmful.

• Do not upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code (e.g., malware, spyware) or engage in phishing.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
• Do not circumvent paywalls, access controls, or content protection measures.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or engage in deceptive behavior.
• Do not use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harassing communications.

We may investigate violations and take action including removing content, limiting access, or terminating accounts.

The Service may allow you to submit content (e.g., profile details, feedback, comments). You retain ownership of your content, subject to the license you grant below.

You grant PodCraft Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service.

• You represent you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• We are not obligated to monitor user content, but we may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Paid products (including courses, bundles, and subscriptions) may be available. Prices are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by certified third-party providers.

• Taxes: Taxes may apply based on your location and local requirements.
• Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total amount displayed, including taxes where applicable.
• Subscriptions: If a subscription is offered, it renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date shown in your account or checkout flow.
• Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.

We offer a 14-day refund on first-time purchases if you have not consumed a substantial portion of a course. We may deny refund requests that indicate abuse, excessive consumption, or repeated refund activity.

• Processing time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and provider.
• Non-refundable items: Gifted purchases, promotional credits, and explicitly non-refundable services (if stated at checkout) are not eligible unless required by law.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The Service, including course videos, audio, text, templates, and branding, is owned by PodCraft Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the materials for your personal learning purposes.
• You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from materials unless expressly permitted in writing.
• Any trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Your results depend on many factors beyond our control; we do not guarantee outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodCraft Academy and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the extent liability is not excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant paid product in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PodCraft Academy and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or engaged in illegal conduct.

• Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law).

This agreement is governed by the laws of your domicile, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
